MAYTE HERNANDEZ - OPERATIONS & EXPERIENCE COORDINATOR

Mayte is the ultimate "multitasking maestro" of the IMAIM CAPITAL team. With a Bachelor’s degree in Languages and Tourism and a career rooted in high-end hospitality at the Sheraton Presidente, she knows exactly how to deliver five-star service to our residents and partners. Before bringing her talents to property management, Mayte spent years as a Finance and Operations powerhouse at the American School of El Salvador, where she managed everything from complex international travel logistics to high-level administrative agendas. Her background in psychology-driven customer service and her "can-do" attitude mean she navigates property needs with both precision and heart.

A true global communicator, Mayte is fluent in Spanish and English, and can even assist you in French! Whether she’s coordinating a move-in or solving a complex operational puzzle, she does it all with a smile and expert efficiency.

MELISSA HENRIQUEZ - LEASING & RELATIONS SPECIALIST

With a background spanning Santo Domingo, Madrid, and Miami, Melissa brings a worldly "people-first" approach to real estate. After earning her Master’s in Psychology from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, she made the jump to Miami in 2009, where she added a Hospitality Management certification from FIU to her toolkit. This unique combination makes her a powerhouse when it comes to understanding the needs of both owners and tenants.

Melissa joined IMAIM CAPITAL in 2014 and has since become our go-to expert for residential and commercial leasing. Whether she’s crafting a marketing strategy or navigating complex landlord relations, she does it with a high level of care and professional flair—often in multiple languages!

EFRAIN CABRERRA - LEASING & RESIDENT RELATIONS COORDINATOR

Efraín is where legal expertise meets top-tier tenant relations. With a background in Legal Sciences from the Evangelical University of El Salvador, he has a natural knack for the "nitty-gritty" details that keep property management running smoothly. Before joining the IMAIM CAPITAL family, Efraín served as a Legal Advisor and spent years mastering the art of high-stakes communication in the fast-paced world of international booking and technical support. Whether he’s helping a new resident find their perfect home or ensuring every lease agreement is airtight, Efraín approaches every task with a self-motivated, "can-do" energy. He’s organized, tech-savvy, and—most importantly—dedicated to making the leasing process as seamless as possible for our community.

CYNTHIA VELIZ - BOOKKEEPER

A Jersey girl with Puerto Rican roots, Cynthia brings a perfect blend of East Coast efficiency and Caribbean warmth to the team. Before joining IMAIM CAPITAL in 2019, she spent years as a right-hand strategist for top-tier corporate executives, a role that honed her sharp eye for detail and business administration savvy (proudly earned at Saint Thomas University).

Whether she’s balancing the books or streamlining our operations, Cynthia keeps things running smoothly—and she’s always happy to help our community in both English and Spanish.

HENRY GUEDEZ - MASTER TRADES SPECIALIST

With over 15 years of shared history and a partnership that predates the company itself, Henry is a cornerstone of the IMAIM CAPITAL extended family. Originally from Caracas, Venezuela, where he earned his degree in Automotive Mechanics in 1988, Henry brought his technical precision to Miami in 2000.

A true "renaissance man" of repairs, Henry’s expertise spans everything from complex electrical systems and plumbing to fine carpentry. While he has been a self-employed master of his craft for much of his career, he officially teamed up with us as an independent contractor in 2013, eventually spending several years as a full-time member of our staff. Today, he continues to be our most trusted regular vendor, ensuring our properties receive the highest level of care. When he isn’t fixing just about anything, you’ll likely find him enjoying the Miami lifestyle out on the water, diving or boating.

NATHANIEL KORN - HEAD OF SOLUTIONS & STRATEGY

Nathaniel’s approach to real estate is built on a simple foundation: hard work and genuine connection. A native of the Midwest—born in Ohio and raised in St. Louis—he carries those grounded values into every project. His path has been defined by a love for learning, from his finance studies at the University of Colorado to his time as an exchange student in Santiago and Buenos Aires, which allowed him to become fluent in Spanish.

While he holds an MBA in Finance from Nova Southeastern University, Nathaniel finds his real motivation in the "people side" of the business. He thrives on the process of solving day-to-day challenges and building a vision alongside his team. When he’s away from his desk, Nathaniel stays active outdoors, whether he's caught up in a good book or out on the lake perfecting his wake surfing skills.
